Participants and attendees are advised to check with the Malaysian consulate in their home country or their travel agency regarding visa requirements. It is the participants responsibility to secure a visa in advance if needed.
Visa application can be apply at any nearest Malaysian Embassies and High Commissions Office Abroad. Application can also be made online through eVISA Portal (applicable for Tourist, Expatriate, Student and Medical Tourist from 10 countries (People Republic of China (PRC), India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Bhutan, Serbia and Montenegro only). eVISA Portal can be access through

The organiser is pleased to provide a Letter of Invitation upon request. This invitation is intended solely to assist potential participants and attendees in securing a visa or obtaining travel funding.
The ICEPH-CS 2025 Secretariat will not be held liable for any personal accidents, loss, or damage to participants' private property during the conference or as a direct result of attending. Participants are strongly encouraged to arrange their own health and travel insurance coverage.
