Dr. Masoud Mohammadnezhad is a Senior Lecturer in Health Research at Birmingham City University (BCU), specializing in public health and health promotion. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Health from Flinders University, Australia, and has over 24 years of teaching and research experience across multiple countries, including the UK, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, and New Zealand. His research focuses on social and behavioral epidemiology, non-communicable disease prevention, health promotion interventions, and public health issues in low- and middle-income countries. With over 180 publications in peer-reviewed journals, he has supervised numerous Ph.D. and master’s students and serves on editorial boards while actively reviewing articles for international academic journals. Dr. Mohammadnezhad is also affiliated with professional organizations such as the Australian Population Association and the American Psychological Association.
